Confession: I used to be afraid of opening the kimono and showing everyone the goods in terms of how I manage and optimize campaigns.

My flawed thought process was along the lines of "if people find out my processes, they'll use them and I'm just helping the competition".

That's a total scarcity mindset, and I'm happy to say my perspective has changed a lot over the years.

Which is why I'm happy to say I've finally detailed my process for PPC. It's a framework I call 4-Dimensional PPC Audits - and you can see how it works here.

It's a long read. There's no video. No pretty photos to look at.

But if you want insight into how I approach my campaigns - or how you can make yours better - then maybe (just maybe) you'll have as much fun reading it as I did writing it.
